Measuring the absolute kinetics for the gas-phase reactions of Hydro carbons with OH radical and Cl atoms using Pulsed Laser Photolysis (PLP)-Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF). Estimating the global warming potential (GWP) and ozone depletion potential (ODP), which are considered as indexing parameters to assess the impact of releasing compound on climate change.
